Georgia Ann (Cassity) Hardy

Georgia Ann Hardy passed away at her home on Thursday, August 22, 2019.

Georgia was born one of eleven children to Marion and Esmer Cassity on  April 21, 1943 in Thomasville, AL.  She was short in statue but her kind heart was huge.  She loved giving and doing for others.  She enjoyed riding motorcycles, boating, cooking but most importantly being with her family.  She retired from Drive-In Cleaners after 20 years and was a member of Temple Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Allday; siblings, Eunice Williams, Bobby Cassity, and Herman Cassity.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Paul Hardy; children, Barbara Lemaster (Thomas), Mary Ann Bennett (Russell), and Bubba Clifton Allday; siblings; Oscar Cassity, Floyd Cassity, Ernie Cassity (Rose), Lois Windham (Jack), Jeanette Bird (Bill), Roland Cassity (Marites), and Dorothy Maxwell. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, April Hill (Dennis), Shanta Tiblier (Keith), Brandy Westman (Mike) and Justin Allday; great -grandchildren, Eli Hill, Mason Tiblier, Waylon Hill and Libby Hill and numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula from 11:00am-12:00pm, The funeral service will begin at 12:00 in the chapel with Bro. David Williams officiating. Interment will conclude at Biloxi National Cemetery at 2:30pm. Condolences may be expressed online at www.obryantokeefe.com.
