Harrie Guillory Obituary

Harrie J. Guillory Sr., 79 of Bayou Pigeon, 

Died peacefully with family on 11/22/2021. He fought a long battle with Parkinson’s. Harrie has a twin sister Carrie Smithson, they were born 12/4/1941 and were raise in Bayou Pigeon on a houseboat with 10 kids total. His parents Mack and Emilena Guillory raised them to live off the land like so many other families from Pigeon. He was also commercial fished for many years. He retired from Payne and Keller at Georgia Gulf in 1984. Harrie was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. He was a jokester and loved to laugh.

He was survived by his wife of 57 years Doris M. Guillory. They had 6 kids, Christine and husband Donald Killingsworth, her kids Christopher Doiron, Courtney Clements, and Caleb Vidrine. Joyce and Husband Michael Walters, her kids Kayla Graves, Bryan Troxclair. Proceeded in death Glen Guillory, his kids Raven Guillory, Chase Mathis, Shawna Guillory, Harleigh Guillory. Harry Guillory Jr. and girlfriend Terri Carter, kids Kendra Berthelot, Isabella Guillory, Hally Guillory, Seth Guillory, and Jewl Guillory. Edles and wife Tabitha Guillory, kids Edles Guillory Jr., Emelyn Guillory, and Glenna Guillory. Burt Guillory and girlfriend Heather Courville, kids Austin Guillory, Burt Guillory Jr., and Arie Guillory. Along with 21 Great Grandkids.

 Memorial services will be at the St. Joan of Arc Church in Bayou Pigeon and reception will be held afterwards.
