Marie "Snookie" Etta Trehern

Marie Etta "Snookie" Bosarge Trehern, age 78, of Moss Point passed away on Monday, January 17,2022. 

She was born on August 12, 1943 in Pascagoula to Manuel Leon Bosarge and Marie Anna Landry Bosarge.  Marie was a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church in Pascagoula. Marie enjoyed spending time with her family and researching the family genealogy going back as far as the 1600’s.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Trehern and sister, Junita Bosarge Tackett.

She is survived by her sons and daughters, Charles Ray Trehern Jr., David Wayne Trehern, Marie Trehern Bond (Mark), and Melanie Gay Trehern. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers, Manuel Leon Bosarge, Gloria Bosarge Russell, Mary Bosarge Culpepper (Tommy), Donald Bosarge (Anita). Marie had four grandchildren, Tara Trehern Hudson (Ashley), Amanda Trehern Trevino (James), Jonathan Patrick Bond (Iris), and Caitlyn Bond Parker (Shelton) and eight great grandchildren, Abigail Rushing, Jayce Clegg, Ella Trehern, Lillian Parker, Hayden Bond, Remi Rushing, Brody Bond, and Everly Trevino.
